- What to Wear & Bring -
This is an outdoor family picnic, so casual, comfortable attire is perfect. We strongly recommend comfortable shoes, as you will be walking across some uneven and unpaved surfaces throughout the venue.
Since we’ll be outside, you may also want to bring sunscreen, a hat and a refillable water bottle. Saratoga Springs has water fill stations, as well as umbrellas and misters throughout the event space. All drink options (sodas, juice, beer, wine, water) will be available throughout the event.
- Parking & Arrival -
Parking is onsite and free. Please be prepared to walk a bit from the parking area, including over some unpaved surfaces.
If anyone in your party has mobility issues or would have difficulty with the walk, we highly recommend dropping them off at the front of the venue before proceeding to the parking lot.
The Suzume celebration is at the Longbridge site, located right at the front of Saratoga Springs. There will be attendants directing guests when you arrive, along with balloons and Suzume greeters, so we should be hard to miss!

Please come prepared to make purchases using your phone via PayPal or Zelle. We will not be accepting cash.
During the event, you’ll have opportunities to purchase:

Our silent auction is already open and will close at 1:30 PM at the event, so don’t forget to check your bids before it closes!
- Connectivity: Cell Service & Wi-Fi -
Verizon generally has strong service at Saratoga Springs, but service from other carriers may be limited. Free WiFi is available throughout the venue. Connect to SaratogaSpringsGuest. No password is required.
- Safety Note: Children and Creek & Play Area -
Play Area: Please note that the Play Area with bouncy houses and games will be available but will not be supervised by staff. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. You may want to bring socks for children if they plan to use the bouncy houses.
Creek Access: Saratoga Springs is a beautiful outdoor venue with shallow creek access from various locations throughout the property. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. Please talk with your children before arriving about where they are and are not allowed to go, and keep an eye on them throughout the day, particularly around the creek areas.
