Saturday, January 7	Letters of Notification are sent out to families who submitted registration forms in the 1st Lottery.
Wednesday, January 18	Parent Participation Form, Parent Agreement Form, and Skills Form must be downloaded from www.suzumenogakko.org and completed by families enrolled through the 1st Lottery. Forms must be POSTMARKED by Wednesday, January 18th and sent to: Suzume no Gakko P.O. Box 5756 San Jose, CA 95150-5756

Thursday, February 16	Parent Participation Form, Parent Agreement Form, and Skills Form must be downloaded from www.suzumenogakko.org and completed by families enrolled through the 2nd Lottery. Forms must be: 1) POSTMARKED by Thursday, February 16, and sent to Suzume no Gakko at the above address OR 2) turned in at the New Parents' Orientation Meeting
